深圳新聞網(wǎng)2023年6月21日訊（記者 魏坤倫 馮牧原 陳彥如 閻思遠 翁任瑩 張玲）“龍舟競渡”是端午節(jié)最重要的民俗活動之一。人們在急鼓聲中劃著龍形獨木舟競渡，從而娛神與樂人，祈求風調(diào)雨順、五谷豐登。2023粵港澳大灣區(qū)海上龍舟賽舉行前夕，由大鵬9個村組成的南澳龍舟隊每天下午在大鵬月亮灣訓練2小時。記者和外籍嘉賓Alya也加入了訓練的隊伍，酣暢淋漓地體驗了一天“龍舟競渡”的樂趣。

"Dragon Boat Racing" is one of the most important traditional customs during the Dragon Boat Festival. People paddle in dragon-shaped wooden boats, accompanied by the rhythmic beats of drums, to entertain the gods and the spectators, and to pray for pleasant weather and abundant harvest.
Before the 2023 Greater Bay Area Dragon Boat Race, the Nan'ao Dragon Boat Team, consisting of nine villages in Dapeng, trains for two hours every afternoon at the Dapeng Moon Bay. Our journalist and international guest Alya also joined the training session, fully experiencing the joy of a whole day of dragon boat racing.

海上龍舟賽前，賽道已布置完畢。

什么是正確的劃龍舟姿勢？深圳南澳龍舟隊隊長黃振愛以右側(cè)槳手為例，用右手抓住槳的握柄，左手握槳葉上方5厘米處，坐姿正面朝前，臀部盡量貼緊外側(cè)船身，身體保持平衡。
在驟雨初歇的午后，我們在激昂的鼓點中，與隊員們步調(diào)一致，乘風破浪，感受浪遏飛舟的速度與激情，哪怕手臂酸脹，依然情緒高漲。
“今天最重要的收獲就是學會了如何去劃龍舟，第一次感受到中國龍舟文化的樂趣?！蓖饧钨eAlya驚喜地說道。

What is the correct paddling technique for dragon boat racing? Huang Zhen'ai, the captain of the Nan'ao Dragon Boat Team, demonstrated the right-side paddling technique. The paddle's handle is gripped with the right hand, while the left hand holds the paddle's blade about 5 centimeters above. The paddler sits facing forward, with the buttocks as close as possible to the outer side of the boat, maintaining balance.
In the afternoon, after a sudden downpour, we synchronized our steps with the exhilarating drum beats, riding the waves with the team members, experiencing the speed and passion of cutting through the water. Despite the soreness in our arms, our spirits remained high.
"The most significant achievement today is learning how to paddle a dragon boat and experiencing the joy of Chinese dragon boat culture for the first time." exclaimed Alya with surprise.
