In1980, when Shenzhen Special Economic Zone was first established, all industries were waiting to be developed. While focusing on the economy, the city also focused on the development of culture and art.

在這一年，深圳展覽館和香港博雅藝術(shù)公司聯(lián)合開辦的深圳博雅畫廊正式成立，這是深圳首家深港合資文化企業(yè)，也成為了當(dāng)時(shí)特區(qū)文化一道亮麗的風(fēng)景。成立之初，劉海粟、啟功、關(guān)山月、吳冠中等知名藝術(shù)家即先后為博雅畫廊題詞、作畫或舉辦展覽。
This year, Shenzhen Pok Art House was officially established by Shenzhen Exhibition Hall and Hong Kong Pok Art Company. It was the first Shenzhen - Hong Kong joint venture enterprise in the cultural industry. At the beginning of its establishment, Liu Haisu, Qigong, Guan Shangyue, Wu Guanzhong and other well-known artists all inscribed, painted or held exhibitions for Pok Art House.
